Death Be Not Pretty
My piece in Thieves Jargon.
I am editing a chapter on drowning deaths in the book Forensic Pathology Reviews. These pictures are good times, let me tell you--I especially like the eviscerations of victims by boat propellers. That might be an interesting short story; a forensic pathologist or mortician who increasingly views the people around him or her in terms of their decomposition after death to the point where he or she literally feels they are decomposing before his or her eyes. Or maybe not.
