Caught Down-Headed
I like this paragraph in the chapter I'm editing about death in a inverted position (ie, head down) from the Forensic Pathology series:
This may be explained by different behavioral patterns of men and women. Women are generally more cautious; they are less likely to fall into holes (case no. 2) or over hedges (case no. 6) on their way home from pubs or drinking halls. They rarely climb over fences in order to steal goods (case no. 4). Women typically do not construct strange devices for autoerotic practices (case no. 8). Men, particularly after drinking, tend to be more daring and thus are more prone to accidents, including the rare case of being caught in a head-down position.
