Thanks for the well wishes. I've been thinking about this decision for the past month. I was never really sure what I wanted this blog to be; lately, it just seemed like a personal rant board for me, and I want to make a more constructive contribution to the bloggersphere.

So I'm taking a hiatus for awhile. I'm thinking about creating a new blog that deals more specifically with literature and publishing, one that relates more to JMWW and operates more as a resource to our contributors and other writers. I don't know. We'll see what comes to fruition!

It's been fun, and I'm glad to have met so many cool people that I can see outside of the bloggersphere, although I'm sure I'll still be commenting on the blogs!

Well, I hope you do return soon. You will be missed. And for what it's worth, I enjoy reading your posts, personal or not.

Please let me know if and when you establish a new blog about literature and publishing. I'd love to read it . . .

You have a great website here, and I'm going to tell all my friends about it.

It’s sad what’s happening here—I guess it’s symptomatic of our modern age. Blatant advertisements, dumb advertisements that are in the guise of some sort of sincere posting of well wishes. How do these people find their way here, and why post something on a blog that has clearly been suspended by its author? Hey, chuckleheads, there’s a graveyard somewhere that you can inundate with flyers and pamphlets. You bunch of dullards.

I enjoyed Jen’s musings and come back every now and then to see if maybe she changed her mind and decided to resurrect the blog. Alas, it doesn’t appear it will happen.

Now, I will end here rejoicing in the dying days of the Bush administration and its corrupt cabal that’s falling apart at the seams. Woo hoo! Adios, Senor Peligro! I told you so, you conservative ninnies! Oh, wait, you’re still in power? Controlling all branches of government? Gas is $3.00 a gallon? Iraq is still a nightmare with no end in sight? They’re going to send National Guard down to the Mexican border? The NSA is spying on us by tracking our phone calls? We’re still not ready for the coming hurricane season? They’re talking about a war with Iran? Everything is still Bill Clinton and the liberal media’s fault? There’s still a Republican Congress and Bush still has more than two years in office? Even when conservatives jump off a cliff, they’re still able to take the joy out of life for the rest of us. Oy!

Hey you! Thanks for the kind words. Maybe I'll resurrect the blog in celebration when the Dems take control of the House (and possibly the Senate) in November.

A little off topic, Guys... I have a question. Last weekend I found this site:
Rivalspot.com - Play Ps3 tournaments for cash
They say you can play online Nhl2k game tournaments on any console for cash... had anyone tried that before? Looks like a cool idea...
Are there any other sites where you can play sports games for real moneys? I Googled and found only Bringit.com and Worldgaming.com but it looks these guys don't specialize in sport gamez. Any suggestions?
